Why is it that every time I hear of Janet Napolitano ?s name in the newspaper or on TV that they call her popular?

∙ Is it her desire to raise taxes for Arizonans?
∙ Is it her time in Janet Reno ?s Justice Department, when assigned here in Arizona she did nothing at all in her 4 years to slow illegal immigration at all?
∙ Is it because of her fierce opposition to Prop 200, overwhelmingly passed by Az voters?
∙ Is it her partnership with AG Goddard in attempting to prevent Prop 200's enforcement?
∙ Is it her criticism of it even up to and on primary election day?
∙ Is it that she is popular with some of those shouting ?si se puede, ? and holding signs that said ?Today we March and Tomorrow we Vote, ? who believe that her opposition to Prop 200 could give them the vote.
∙ Is it her extreme views on abortion - that abortions can not be limited or slowed in any way ?
∙ -including her support for partial birth abortion, no informed consent for the woman, no parental consent for minors, no waiting periods, no reporting or regulations of the abortionists themselves, no restrictions of any kind that might prevent a single abortion from taking place,
∙ Maybe it is her desire to have state money pay for abortions?
∙ Is it her opposition to an amendment to keep marriage between one man and one woman?
∙ Is it her unswerving support for the extreme homosexual agenda?
∙ Is it her representation of Anita Hill in her attempt to smear Clarence Thomas and keep a brilliant judge off the supreme court?
∙ Is it her radical opposition to school choice?
∙ -including her opposition to home schooling, scholarship funds for low income parents who want to get their kids out of poor schools and into a private school of their choice, funds for low income and foster kids to go to good private schools.
∙ Is it her constant partisan fighting with Arizona ?s chosen Legislature that let her set a record for number of Veto ?s in one session?

Or maybe when we hear the media say Governor Napolitano is popular what they really mean is popular with them and not the Arizona Voters. The above list of our governor ?s qualities would certainly make her popular in Massachusetts but not in Arizona.
It seems to me that the media has been claiming that Governor Janet is popular for about 2 years now (right after the presidential election when folks start to concentrate on the next election). Have they told us that she is popular long enough for Voters to start to believe it?
